博士論文 “A Legal Study of Promoting Crewed Lunar Research Station Activities Under the Common Interest Principle”完成于2024年,是該領域較早針對月球建站活動及月球科研活動開展國際法研究的博士論文。
主要研究成果包括《月球站所的法律地位淺析》,載《北京航空航天大學學報(社會科學版)》;《外層空間軟法規制之發展及其價值判斷》,載《北京航空航天大學學報(社會科學版)》。參與6項國社科、教育部等基金課題的研究工作。參與《新型領域安全概論》等著作的撰寫。在中國航天大會、國際宇航大會等國內外學術會議上發表會議論文十余篇并作出學術報告。
YU Jiaying is a PhD in Space Law graduated from the University of Hong Kong and currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Russian-Chinese Center for Comparative Law, Shenzhen MSU-BIT University. Her research focuses on space law and public international law.

Research Outputs and Experience:
Her doctoral thesis, “A Legal Study of Promoting Crewed Lunar Research Station Activities Under the Common Interest Principle” (2024), is among the earliest PhD studies in space law addressing the legal aspects of lunar stations and scientific investigations on the Moon.
Her journal articles published includes “Legal Status of Lunar Stations” and “Development and Value Judgment of Soft Law in Outer Space”. She has contributed to 6 research projects funded by the National Social Science Fund of China, and the Ministry of Education of China, among others. She co-authored a book chapter on the legal framework of space security (ISBN:9787519506056).
Her research has been presented at over 10 academic conferences so far, both in China and internationally, including the China Space Conference and the International Astronautical Congress (IAC).
