He received Bachelor's degree in Electronic Science and Technology from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and received Doctor's degree in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics from Peking University. He has participated in or presided over more than 10 national, provincial and municipal scientific research projects as well as industrial projects. In total, he has published 25 academic papers in related fields, and has been granted 6 invention patents and 18 utility model patents. Moreover, he has led the development of over 20 products, possessing rich practical experience in the industry.

本科畢業于華中科技大學電子科學與技術專業，在北京大學取得微電子學與固體電子學博士學位，并在北京大學深圳研究生院做過博士后研究。參與或主持10多項國家及省市科研課題和產業化工程應用項目，在相關領域累計發表學術論文25篇，獲得授權發明專利6項、實用新型專利18項。還曾主導開發過20余款產品，具有豐富的產業實踐經驗。
