He received Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China in 2021, Master's degree from the National Institute of Applied Sciences in France in 2003, and Doctoral degree from the University of Paris-Sud (Paris 11) in 2007.As the project leader, he has overseen numerous projects funded by the National Science Foundation of China and various scientific and technological projects at the provincial level of Guangdong and the municipal level of Shenzhen. He is the recipient of the “Shenzhen Science and Technology Award for Young Scientists” and the Expert Committee member of Shenzhen Semiconductor Industry Association. He has been granted 14 Chinese invention patents. The 40-picosecond-resolution TDC chip and the 5.8 GHz radio frequency ETC chip developed by him/her have already been applied in industrial applications.

The postgraduate students under his supervision won the second prize in the 3rd China Postgraduate IC Innovation Contest in 2020 and the Bronze Award for Outstanding Postgraduate Thesis at the 18th Asia-Pacific Conference on Circuits and Systems in 2022 respectively.

Research Interests: CMOS mixed-signal chips, single-photon processing, and dTOF signal processing.

2001中國科學技術大學獲電子工程學士學位,2003年于法國國家應用科學學院獲碩士學位,2007年于法國巴黎第十一大學獲得博士學位。作為負責人,主持了多項國家自然科學基金項目和廣東省、深圳市等各級科技項目。 深圳市科學技術獎勵青年科技獎獲得者深圳市半導體行業協會專家委員會委員。獲得中國發明專利14項,研發的40皮秒分辨率TDC芯片和5.8 GHz射頻ETC芯片已成功獲得工業應用。

指導的研究生分別獲得2020第三屆中國研究生創“芯”大賽二等獎和202218屆亞太區電路與系統會議研究生優秀論文銅獎。

研究方向:CMOS混合信號芯片、單光子信號處理,dTOF信號處理。
