     深北莫以服務國家外交戰略為目標，發揮學校特色優勢，在重點國家、地區提前布局，有組織、有計劃地開展務實有效的交流與合作，與莫斯科大學、圣彼得堡列賓美院、鮑曼技術大學、塞浦路斯大學、拜羅伊特大學、歐亞大學、OZON Globa 公司等高校和機構簽署了 50 項合作協議，合作國家達 13個。同時學校加入了歐亞大學協會，以實際行動落實國家“一帶一路” 倡議，推進與沿線國家和地區高校合作。
