一、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金簡(jiǎn)介
為吸引和鼓勵(lì)更多優(yōu)秀的外國(guó)學(xué)生來廣東學(xué)習(xí)，大力推動(dòng)廣東省高等教育留學(xué)生工作健康快速發(fā)展，提升廣東省高等教育的國(guó)家影響力和國(guó)際化水平，廣東省政府于2013年開始設(shè)立“廣東省政府來粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”。
二、申請(qǐng)條件
1、申請(qǐng)人須擁有外國(guó)國(guó)籍，持有有效外國(guó)護(hù)照，身體健康，對(duì)華友好。
2、申請(qǐng)來粵接受本科階段學(xué)歷教育的，須獲得本人所在國(guó)高級(jí)中學(xué)（含）以上畢業(yè)證，年齡在30周歲以下；申請(qǐng)來粵接受碩士研究生階段學(xué)歷教育的，須具有學(xué)士學(xué)位或相當(dāng)學(xué)歷，年齡在35周歲以下。
3、申請(qǐng)人學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)優(yōu)異，來粵學(xué)習(xí)目的明確，并根據(jù)擬就讀大學(xué)的專業(yè)設(shè)置，并結(jié)合自身興趣和專業(yè)特長(zhǎng)，制訂了清晰的學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃。
4、申請(qǐng)人必須已被我校錄取。
5、申請(qǐng)人未獲得中國(guó)政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、深圳大運(yùn)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金等中國(guó)各級(jí)政府提供的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助（校級(jí)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、企業(yè)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金除外）。
三、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金金額
本科生：10000元/人；
碩士生：20000元/人。

四、申請(qǐng)材料
1.《廣東省政府來粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金年度申請(qǐng)表（二）》（附件1），由申請(qǐng)人本人簽字。
2. 最終學(xué)歷證書原件或經(jīng)過公證的復(fù)印件。中、英文以外文本還需提供公證過的中文或英文翻譯件。
3. 最終學(xué)歷教育階段全部課程的成績(jī)單原件或經(jīng)過公證的復(fù)印件。中、英文以外文本還需提供公證過的中文或英文翻譯件。
4. HSK考試證書復(fù)印件（如有請(qǐng)?zhí)峁?/span>
5. 護(hù)照首頁(yè)復(fù)印件。
6. 電子證件照（JPG格式）。
7. 800字中文或英文個(gè)人陳述。內(nèi)容應(yīng)包括個(gè)人學(xué)習(xí)、工作經(jīng)歷（如有）、學(xué)術(shù)研究成果、以前學(xué)習(xí)階段的研究計(jì)劃等。
8.兩封推薦信，須為中文或英文的原件。本科專業(yè)申請(qǐng)者須提供所畢業(yè)高級(jí)中學(xué)的校長(zhǎng)和1名教師的推薦信。
★必要時(shí)，我校會(huì)要求申請(qǐng)人提交補(bǔ)充材料。
★如有可以證明自己綜合能力的文件，如獲獎(jiǎng)證書、獎(jiǎng)狀、國(guó)外大學(xué)本科以上錄取通知書等，可在申請(qǐng)時(shí)一并提交。
★不論獲得推薦與否，以上材料一律不予退還。
五、申請(qǐng)時(shí)間及方式
申請(qǐng)時(shí)間：2023年8月4日-8月20日
申請(qǐng)方式：申請(qǐng)人需要在上述時(shí)間內(nèi)將電子版申請(qǐng)材料打包壓縮成ZIP并以“新生+本科生/碩士+姓名（大寫英文字母）”命名ZIP文件，發(fā)送至郵箱study@smbu.edu.cn。
六、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)選和結(jié)果公布
經(jīng)各系初審公示、學(xué)校復(fù)審公示后，學(xué)校將于2023年9月向廣東省教育廳提交獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金候選人名單，由廣東省教育廳對(duì)名單進(jìn)行最終審核并確定最終獲獎(jiǎng)名單。2023年10月下旬公布獲獎(jiǎng)名單。
七、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的發(fā)放
將由學(xué)校一次性發(fā)至獲得者的平安銀行賬戶。

2023 Shenzhen MSU-BIT University “Guangdong Outstanding International Student Scholarship” Application Guidelines ——For 2023 new enrolled degree students only
1. Overview
In order to attract and encourage more outstanding international students to study in Guangdong, vigorously promote the higher education of international students in Guangdong Province, raise the profile and international standard of higher education in Guangdong. In 2013, the Government of Guangdong Province set up the "Governmental Scholarship Program for international students in Guangdong".
2. Eligibility
1) The applicants must possess foreign nationality, hold valid foreign passport, be in good health and be friendly to China.
2) Applicants who apply for undergraduate education in Guangdong must obtain official diplomas from a senior high school (including) in their country and be under 30 years old.
3) The applicants must have excellent academic performance, a clear purpose of studying in Guangdong, have made a clear study plan according to the major setting of the university, their own interest and professional expertise.
4) The applicants must be admitted by SMBU.
5) The applicants should not have acquired any Chinese government scholarship, for example, if the student had already won the Shenzhen Dayun Scholarship, then he can not apply for this Guangdong Scholarship(not including the academic scholarship, enterprise scholarship).
3. Amount and Privilege
Undergraduate student: 10,000 Yuan/person.
Master student: 20,000 Yuan/person.

4. Required Application Documents
1)Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship Application Form 2(Attachment 1), should be signed by the applicant.
2) The original or notarized copy of the diploma, or the original file of the expected graduation certificate for the fresh graduates. Notarized Chinese or English translation is required for non-Chinese or non-English versions.
3) Original or notarized copies of transcripts of all courses in the final academic phase. Notarized Chinese or English translation is required for non-Chinese or non-English versions.
4) Copy of HSK certificate（if obtained）.
5) Copy of the information page on the passport (should be within the validity period).
6) Digital identification photo (the same size as the passport photo, and JPG format of the photo).
7) 800 words of personal statement in Chinese or English. It should contain personal study, work experience (if there was any), academic research achievement, previous academic research plan, etc.
8) Two original file of the recommendation letter in Chinese or English. Recommendation letter of the undergraduate major applicants should be provided by the principal and one teacher from the high school they graduated from.
★Supplementary materials would be asked when necessary.
★Substantial documents like certificates of awards, certificates of commendation, foreign university undergraduate admission notice could raise the profile, the applicants could submit them as well.
★Documents will not be returned under any circumstances.
5. When and How to Apply
Application dates: From August 4th to August 20th, 2023
Application method: The applicant should put all the digital materials in ZIP archive, name the ZIP archive with “New student + Undergraduate/Master + your name (written in all English capitals)” and then email it to study@smbu.edu.cn within designated time.
6. Appraisal and Announcement
After the registration of the applicants, review meetings will be organized by faculties and university to appraise the applicant's documents and determine the final list of candidates, it will be submitted to the Guangdong provincial education department in September 2023. The Guangdong provincial education department will proceed with final assessment. The list of final winners will be announced in October 2023.
7. Distribution
Scholarship will be distributed to the recipient's personal Ping An bank account.
