一、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金簡(jiǎn)介

為吸引和鼓勵(lì)更多優(yōu)秀的外國(guó)學(xué)生來(lái)廣東學(xué)習(xí)，大力推動(dòng)廣東省高等教育留學(xué)生工作健康快速發(fā)展，提升廣東省高等教育的國(guó)家影響力和國(guó)際化水平，廣東省政府于2013年開(kāi)始設(shè)立“廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”。

二、申請(qǐng)條件

1、申請(qǐng)人須擁有外國(guó)國(guó)籍，持有有效外國(guó)護(hù)照并符合在華留學(xué)的相關(guān)要求，年齡在40周歲以下。

2、申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)為深圳北理莫斯科大學(xué)在讀國(guó)際學(xué)生，對(duì)華友好，身體健康。

3、申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)當(dāng)已在我校接受正式學(xué)歷教育課程一年（含一年）以上，遵紀(jì)守法，勤奮好學(xué)，成績(jī)優(yōu)良，品行端正，沒(méi)有違反中國(guó)法律法規(guī)和違反校規(guī)校紀(jì)行為記錄。

4、申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)優(yōu)異，具有相應(yīng)的漢語(yǔ)水平并提供相關(guān)證明（部分直接用英語(yǔ)授課的專業(yè)可適當(dāng)放寬條件），當(dāng)年度必修課課程成績(jī)均為良好以上。

5、申請(qǐng)人未獲得中國(guó)政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金等中國(guó)各級(jí)政府提供的獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助（校級(jí)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、企業(yè)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金除外）。

6、對(duì)院系、學(xué)校有突出貢獻(xiàn)者給予優(yōu)先考慮。

7、欠繳學(xué)雜費(fèi)者，取消申請(qǐng)資格。

三、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金金額：

本科生：10000元/人；

碩士研究生：20000元/人。

四、申請(qǐng)時(shí)間和方式

申請(qǐng)時(shí)間：2022年8月9日-8月25日

申請(qǐng)方式：申請(qǐng)人需要在上述時(shí)間內(nèi)將電子版申請(qǐng)材料打包壓縮成ZIP并以“在讀生+學(xué)生類別（本科生或碩士）+姓名（大寫(xiě)英文字母）”命名ZIP文件，發(fā)送至郵箱study@smbu.edu.cn

五、申請(qǐng)材料

1.《廣東省政府來(lái)粵留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金年度申請(qǐng)表（一）》（附件1），由申請(qǐng)人本人簽字。

2.2021-2022學(xué)年成績(jī)單。

3. HSK考試證書(shū)復(fù)印件。

4. 護(hù)照首頁(yè)復(fù)印件。

5. 電子證件照（JPG格式）。

★必要時(shí)，我校會(huì)要求申請(qǐng)人提交補(bǔ)充材料。

★如有可以證明自己綜合能力的文件，如獲獎(jiǎng)證書(shū)、獎(jiǎng)狀等，可在申請(qǐng)時(shí)一并提交。

★不論獲得推薦與否，以上材料一律不予退還。

六、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金評(píng)選和結(jié)果公布

我校將組織專家綜合考慮申請(qǐng)者的學(xué)業(yè)成績(jī)、漢語(yǔ)水平、參加文化活動(dòng)情況等因素確定候選人名單，于2022年9月向廣東省教育廳提交獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金候選人名單，由廣東省教育廳對(duì)名單進(jìn)行最終審核并確定最終獲獎(jiǎng)名單。2022年10月下旬公布獲獎(jiǎng)名單。

七、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的發(fā)放

將由學(xué)校一次性發(fā)至獲得者的平安銀行賬戶。

2022 Shenzhen MSU-BIT University “Guangdong Outstanding International Student Scholarship” Application Guidelines ——For old degree students only（not including the students who enrolled  in 2022）

1. Overview

In order to attract and encourage more outstanding foreign students to study in Guangdong, vigorously promote the healthy and rapid development of international students studying in Guangdong Province, raise the national influence and internationalization level of higher education in Guangdong. In 2013, the Government of Guangdong Province set up the "Governmental Scholarship Program for international students in Guangdong".

2. Eligibility

1）The applicants must possess foreign nationality, hold valid foreign passport and be under 40-year-old.

2）The applicants must be degree students of Shenzhen MSU-BIT University, be in good health and be friendly to China.

3）The applicants must have already attended degree courses for one year or above at Shenzhen MSU-BIT University, have a good academic and moral performance, and abide by Chinese law, regulations as well as university rules.

4）The applicants should have excellent academic performance and must have good level of Chinese language skills and should be able to provide relevant statement (except for students studying in English-taught programs), and grades of their compulsory courses of that academic year must be good or above.

5）The applicants should not have acquired any Chinese government scholarship (not including the academic scholarship, enterprise scholarship).

6）Students who have made a great contribution to faculty and SMBU can get a priority for scholarship application.

7）Students who defaulted on payment shall be disqualified from application.

3. Scholarship Amounts

Undergraduate student: 10,000 Yuan/person;

Master student: 20,000 Yuan/person.

4.When and How to Apply

Application dates: From August 9th to August 25th, 2022.

Application method: The applicants should put all the digital materials in ZIP archive, name the ZIP archive with “Old student+ Student category(undergraduate or master)+your name (written in all English capitals)” and then email it to study@smbu.edu.cn within designated time.

5. Required Application Materials

1） Guangdong Government Outstanding International Student Scholarship Application Form 1(It could be downloaded in the attachment file), should be signed by the applicant.

2）Transcripts of 2021 -2022 academic year.

3） Copy of HSK certificate.

4） Copy of the information page of the passport (should be within the validity period).

5） Digital identification photo (JPG format).

★Supplementary materials would be asked to submit when necessary.

★Substantial documents like certificates of awards, certificates of commendation could raise the profile, the applicants could submit them as well.

★Documents will not be returned under any circumstances.

6. Appraisal and Announcement

After the registration of the applicants, experts will be organized to appraise the applicant's documents and determine the final list of candidates, it will be submitted to the Guangdong provincial education department in September 2022. The Guangdong provincial education department will proceed with final assessment. The list of final winners will be announced in October 2022.

7. Distribution

Scholarship will be distributed to the recipient's personal Ping An bank account.
