深圳北理莫斯科大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)系/北京理工大學(xué)管理與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院教授,博士生導(dǎo)師,北京市教學(xué)名師,國際貿(mào)易與跨國經(jīng)營責(zé)任教授,德國帕德邦大學(xué)、貝羅特大學(xué)客座教授,《Review of Managerial Science》期刊編委。-曾任北京理工大學(xué)管理與經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)院副院長,主管國際認(rèn)證與質(zhì)量管理、本科人才培養(yǎng)等,現(xiàn)任深圳北理莫斯科大學(xué)經(jīng)濟(jì)系中方主任。
主要研究方向為跨文化管理、跨國經(jīng)營與戰(zhàn)略、數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)與治理。近年來,主持完成了國家自然科學(xué)基金委、教育部等國家和省部級課題及中德科學(xué)中心、歐盟、德國DFG合作項目等10余項,近年來在《南開管理評論》、《管理工程學(xué)報》、《Business Strategy and the Environment》、《Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Management》、《Frontiers in Psychology》等國內(nèi)外高水平期刊發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文50余篇,出版學(xué)術(shù)專著和文集5部。此外還承擔(dān)了北京市教育教學(xué)改革項目2項、教育部教育教改1項。
